My Story

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed by the state of California. I have been working in mental health for more than two decades and currently maintain a private practice in Encino, California. I was previously the Clinical Director and creator of the Jewish Community Program by Evolve in Los Angeles. Moreover, I have a diverse background having worked in many specialties including: chemical dependency and addiction, children who have been abused and neglected, adults who were abused as children, rape and sexual assault survivors, monolingual Spanish speakers, and working with people who have catastrophic illnesses and their families.

I'm here for you.

In addition to the trauma work I do, I work with families, couples and individuals of all ages. This often includes themes such as: life changes, anxiety, depression, dating, and relationship issues of all types, career advancement, issues related to spirituality, communication training, marital issues and parenting. I have a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and an M.A. in psychology from Pepperdine University. Of all of my accomplishments, I am most proud of being a wife, a mother and a grandmother. I see my work as an expression of my love for family and community.
